NEW DELHI: The ministry of exterior affairs (MEA) on Thursday stated that India has appealed towards the dying sentence awarded to eight of its residents by a Qatari courtroom final month.
“On November 7, our embassy in Doha obtained one other consular entry to the detainees,” the ministry stated, including that it stays engaged with Qatari authorities over the matter.
