JAMMU: A head constable of the BSF died in unprovoked pre-dawn Pakistani firing Thursday alongside the Worldwide Border (IB) within the Ramgarh sector of Jammu’s Samba. Lal Fam Kima, 50, was a local of Mizoram.
This was the third violation of a 2021 ceasefire settlement in 24 days and the sixth to this point this 12 months by the Pakistan Rangers alongside the IB in Jammu area.
