WASHINGTON: US Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lu is travelling to India subsequent week to take part within the 2+2 ministerial the place he’ll focus on strategic coordination on regional and world points, clear power, and safety cooperation.
Lu’s journey from November 4 to 11 begins with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and eventually India, in response to a State Division assertion.
In New Delhi, Lu will meet with companions forward of the US-India 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue, to debate strategic coordination on regional and world points, clear power, and safety cooperation.

Lu will lead a US delegation to Central Asia to construct on the success of the inaugural C5+1 Presidential Summit on the margins of the United Nations Normal Meeting in September and the C5+1 Regional Connectivity Ministerial in October.
Whereas in Astana, Lu will meet with senior Kazakh authorities officers and take part within the US-Kazakhstan Enhanced Strategic Partnership Dialogue (ESPD). Throughout the ESPD, the USA and Kazakhstan will focus on a variety of problems with mutual concern together with political and safety cooperation, financial partnership, safety for human rights, and people-to-people ties.
