The Safety Service of Ukraine accused Russia on Friday of making ready to stage a “false flag” assault on the Mozyr oil refinery in Belarus with a view to blame Ukrainian saboteurs as a part of an effort to attract Minsk into the battle in Ukraine. The assault, it stated in an announcement, can be carried out by army and intelligence forces despatched by Moscow to Belarus disguised as Wagner mercenaries. Reuters
