Pakistan National Cricket Team: Afghanistan slams Pakistan, says expelling refugees move ‘unilateral’

ISLAMABAD: Afghanistan slammed Pakistan for the therapy meted out to its nationals, saying the choice to expel refugees was “unilateral” because it was taken by Islamabad with out consulting Kabul. In an audio clip shared on social media, Afghanistan’s interim defence minister, Mullah Muhammad Yaqub Mujahid, criticised Pakistan’s caretaker authorities, headed by a military-sponsored PM of Pashtun-origin, Anwaarul Haq Kakar, for failing to think about the implications of its motion expelling refugees.
Pakistan mentioned it opened extra border centres on Friday to expedite the return of tens of 1000’s of undocumented Afghan nationals, ignoring calls by refugee teams to rethink the mass expulsion.
