Putin to meet Xi for talks in China on Wed

MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet Chinese language chief Xi Jinping in Beijing for talks on Wednesday, the Kremlin mentioned. The talks will happen on the sidelines of a discussion board marking a decade of China’s Belt and Highway Initiative, the Kremlin mentioned on Monday. “Throughout the talks, particular consideration might be paid to worldwide and regional points,” it mentioned.
In the meantime, Putin mentioned in an interview on Monday that the Brics nations have overtaken G7 states when it comes to the buying energy parity of their populations.
