Russia advises against travel to Israel and Lebanon

MOSCOW: Russia on Friday suggested its residents towards travelling to Israel, Lebanon, Jordan and the Palestinian territories amid flaring tensions over Israel‘s conflict with Hamas.
“The scenario within the Middle East is heating up,” Moscow’s international ministry mentioned. “The variety of casualties and accidents is rising. Mass protests are happening world wide.”
“We strongly advocate that Russian residents chorus from travelling to the area, particularly to Israel, Lebanon, Jordan and the Palestinian territories,” it warned.
Tensions within the area have escalated dramatically since Hamas militants stormed into Israel from the Gaza Strip on October 7.
